DIY DONUT BOX WITH THE CRICUT SCORING WHEEL

I love making new fun projects with my Cricut Maker. I was looking around for some Make It Now projects I could make on a crafty afternoon and I found the perfect one. I saw this Donut Box Make It Now Project and broke out my card stock and ATG gun immediately. I was excited to use my Cricut Scoring Wheel, too. Using it along with the Cricut Maker creates deep and flawless score lines that a normal scoring stylus cannot achieve. I’m excited to show you all how we created this DIY Donut Box With The Cricut Scoring Wheel.

2. Make sure you load your Scoring Wheel into your Adaptive Tool System in clamp B. I love the versatility of the Scoring Wheel and knowing I never have to worry if my scoring lines are deep enough for my project to be successful.

3. Load your first mat and watch the Cricut Maker create deep, precise score lines. Once prompted, trade out your Scoring Wheel with a Fine Point Blade.

4. Once you’ve scored and cut all of your layers, look over the instructions on the tutorial so you’re comfortable folding and building your finished box.

5. Crease all of your score lines with your bone folder. Then glue the white circles onto the inside of your donut holes. Once you’re finished creasing, use your ATG gun and adhere them together being sure to leave one flap open to fill it with your desired candy/goodies.

It was effortless crafting. I hope you all enjoyed this tutorial and are more comfortable and confident to use your Scoring Wheel.
