Sublimation Keychains

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Measure your sublimation keychain blank and add that size shape in Design Space, ours is a 2″ circle.
  2. Upload all of the PNGs you need.
  3. Refer to the training video at time 2:48 for a detailed tutorial of the Design Space process for these three keychain designs.
  4. Once everything is created you can then press “make it”, mirror the design, send it to your sublimation printer, print it out, and allow your Cricut to cut it.
  5. Preheat your EasyPress to 400 degrees.
  6. Lay the design onto your keychain blank and align it how you want it. Use tape to secure it down if needed.
  7. Place your EasyPress on it and apply light pressure for 50 seconds.
  8. Allow the keychain blank to cool completely then remove the paper.
  9. Add your tassel and hardware accessories and enjoy!
