Today, I am so excited to share with you how to make some cute mini letter board ornaments with your die-cutting machine.  It is such a huge thing going around and if you’re looking for tips and tricks on how to make letter board ornaments this tutorial will definitely help you out. This project makes adorable home decor. Perfect for your Christmas Tree.

Materials

  • Cricut Maker or Other Die Cutting Machine
  • Weeding Tools
  • Measuring Tape
  • Small Embroidery Hoops
  • Black Courteroy Felt
  • White Cardstock
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Scissors
  • Black and White Plaid Ribbon
  • Makers Ginna Learn Font Used: Towering Teddy

How to Make This Project

  1. Measure your Embroidery Hoops and size your words in Design Space to fit well onto them.
  2. Once sized, cut out your words with card stock.
  3. Cut your felt a little larger than your embroidery hoop, and once added to the hoop you can cut the excess fabric off the edges with scissors.
  4. now use your Cricut tweezers and carefully hot glue your letters onto your embroidery hoop letter boards. It's easier to place the middle letter(s) down first.
  5. Once all of your letters are glued, you can make a little bow out of your ribbon along with a loop and hot glue it all to the embroidery hoop.
